Advantages of Paved Roads over Asphalted / Cemented roads :
- Fast and Easy to lay (laid on sand bed, concreting not necessary).
- Easy to remove in case of any maintenance.
- They allow ground water seepage.
- Due to their interlocking characteristics point load is spread over the paved surface into area loads.
- Almost permanent solution to suspended dust and air pollution.
- Highly abrasion resistance due to inherent method of manufacture i.e.high vibration and compaction process is used.
- Permanent anti skid properties due to unique method of manufacture. Paved surface does not become slippery with use.
